If these Boots could Talk

Keep it simple stupid!! just working the trade.. using as many organic instruments no loops, I did use the Jam packs grand piano and upright bass though.. Kazoo, slide guitar, two acoustics and many many vocal tracks later I end up with a blue folk tune.... bluegrass folk/new folk rock style....

I know you`d be a walkin out on me

well I`ve seen the carolinas
when I was in my prime
these boots they helped me then to make my pay
and though I think it funny just how I`ve made my money, I betting high that you`d just walk away

I rode through Highway 66
from Chicago down to Texas
these boots I always kept them on my feet
And though the ride was lots of fun, Im sure that you would turn and run, if the girl I took and you would ever meet

Ive work the bar just like a star
thinking someday I`d go far, I played in jester someone elses court. I`ve made mistakes and dems da breaks but I`ve done what ever a man can take
Ive even hunted women as a sport..

So now its to end this rhyme
I hope your all just feelin fine
an take a lesson for your self today
we gotta learn to crawl before we walk
these boots of mine they`ll never talk
but they`v always help me find my way...
