Needs new title Muddled is my muddle name, can't seem to break out of that. One problem is I don't have studio monitors, so all my recording and mixing is done on headphones. I know it's a key piece of equip. that is missing but gotta wait til I can afford something nice. the song title is less of a title than some words to find it in my mess of old files. I Know the Problem I use an old Hi-Fi which is a bit better I suppose. Try using yours, if you have one, and concentrate on cleaning the mid range with a master EQ and compressor. Check out my latest song called I have Been Away (LIOLI, Late Entry)

Places This thing is going a million places at once. Intriguing. Quite a complex sound bed in places. Moves in and out of passages with real rapidity and therefore keeps things interesting. Looking forward to hearing more of your stuff Nick. Some really nice chops in there. Not really sure what to expect from you after this as an intro....and that's a good thing. Places Yeah, like I said above, If i could hear this stuff a little better it may break me of the habit of over/under producing it. It comes from my love of Prog.Rock and soundtrack type stuff, and most of my recordings thus far have'nt been anything more than jams. Radio Cool, thanks for the nice words, If I could think of where some vocals would fit in this song it may have to move into another catagory,But as for now It's kind of a mess, so I think I'll sit on it for a while. Nice! Fantastic start to this song as well! The first 30 seconds, and I'm hooked. I don't know if it's muddled or not, but I'm just taking it as what it is, and enjoying it. Love the percussion you have. Really perfect. Check out my latest song called It's Not Too Late

Very good. Hints of Mr Hillage amongst others. Nice guitar work. Mix is a bit muddled though, needs a bit of control. A lot of clashes in frequencies (is that a song title). Needs taming just a touch.
