Nice job Jim
That Dulcimer sounds really good on the mic you're using. I like the way you used the Organ to carry the bass line and backing chords in the song, it sounds good too.

Who says you need all this modern stuff to make great music. Great job picking on this one as usual Jim. Thanks for sharing this old song.

Thanks, Ed
That organ is from about 1964, and I picked it up at a yard sale for $40. I think it used to be a church organ.

Funny thing is, I've got my Yamaha sitting on top of it, and they sound great played together. *wink*

Old School meets New Technology. *grin*

Cheers,
Jim

Thanks, Feter
Look for more Ren (hence my handle) and Celtic music from me. *wink*

Have I put any Carolan or Dowland on here yet? No? Maybe it's time to get started.

Jim

beautiful!!!
This is really sweet, I really love it. I'd love to add a soft banjo track to accompany it, let me know if you'd like to hear it.

I could start a campfire...
...but it's been raining so much here I'd be hard-pressed to find any dry wood, hehe.

Cheers,
Jim
