Foggy Pier

Description
This is an old track of mine which I found while organizing my hard drive (yes, I'm very bored these days).
I always pictured this as background music for some sort of ghost story set on a foggy pier. Any takers?

Enjoy!

Ghost story collab
That a great idea. And a quality track. Ethereal beauty. Haunting, hushed feel. You could adjust the length with the eventual collaborator so as to cover whatever duration the eventually story consumes. I hope you have a taker. Good to hear you here, btw.

Einar! So great to see you here with a new song! This is so haunting and full of tension - makes me want to look behind me and be sure I'm not being followed. Very cool soundscape - I hope you get a taker!

The young maestro
This is more excellence from you, Einar, and you've always been consistent in that regard. I like your choice of sounds and what you decide to do with them. You are obviously able to create a mood and an atmosphere at will. Thanks for the ride to an eerie fantasy world. Well worth the trip.

Well, I'm reading something of a ghost story...
...right now, so I think I'm psyched for the spooky mood... Although the book I'm reading is in a desert and involves rockabilly music... The higher pitched keyboard line really seems like it's traversing a circle in my head, not just going back and forth... Also, agents of certain dark powers are now on their way to Iceland to waylay your hard drive and any other storage media you may have around...

Speaking of which this would make excellent intro or outro music if they ever make a movie of Neil Gaiman's 'American Gods'... Could go over the opening scenes, or the closing scenes with Odin...

Pier in the mist
People, like me, with ADHD have a hard time with this kind of thing. I made it through probably because something was coming on...Thank you for this post.

Creep Along :D
I like it as it keeps building along. I can picture it working in a nice creepy film but it also has a delicate quality to it. Not just in the bells that play but also in the notes being played through out. Very enjoyable :D

Very professional sounding film scoring
I like the way you get all these little eerie sounds incorporated into the "story", not just the rain and thunder but the owl squeeks and more... Thanks for sharing, a sure download!
