Lyrics
I Tell You Everything

You tell me how to walk
You tell me how to talk

Repeat
(I tell you everything)

You tell me how to dress
You say I am a mess

You Tell me how to smile
You say I have no style

You tell me I'm a fool
You tell me I'm not cool

You make me feel bad
You make me feel sad

And when I try to phone
You know your never home

Some days I want to cry
Some days I want to die

Some days I feel sad
You make me feel bad

Wow Dave
This it really cool my friend. Love the lyrics and you delivery of them is Stellar. The backtracks are killer, with a lot of energy and a lot going on to keep the listeners attention.

In a way I'm reminded a little of Oingo Boingo, and maybe even Pink Floyd. Great track my friend. I love it, it's going on the ipod.

Great track
love the busy backing against the chill voice - nice contrast and excellent production. Are you playing keys and guitar - or are you deftly managing those little people that live in our computers?

Ok... Now I want to cry.
These lyrics are so sad! :(
I don't have the vocabulary or expertise to give any substantial comments, Dave. My only suggestion is to get the vocal more out front. Without your lyric sheet I would be totally lost. Cool beat the perculates behind this whole track...I just get more lost in IT than I do in the lyric.
peace.

I'm sure you have heard this before ....
... "Leonard Cohen" ..... heh heh ... good stuff Dave ..... (I agree with Paul .. the vox could be a little more up front - sounds good)
