Funky stuff Yamen Love the bass line, even though I do agree it could use a little more bottom end to it. No matter, this is still very , very funky. Yamen For a metalhead, this is a really good set of funk ideas. I especially like the "time out" section. The drums are really good, but the bass also moves things along very well. I'm guessing it's you playing guitar, but what about the bass? Terrific ending. You obviously have a lot ofskill - I'm impressed. Really nice sound too. Belated welcome to MJ! fake it til you make it And without meaning to, you made it. This is a deeply funky tune my friend. Like how the guitar gets nastier though around 00:35. and then again at 2:00. What would really make this sick is to blast into one of your shreddin metal solos! Why not? Great tempo and mode changes love the super smooth one at about 2:40. Thx! Nothing funny about it, man. It's funky, and that Ipanema break adds the right bit of contrast. Your guitar work is great. Would have liked to hear some more of that instead of the lead synth. Maybe some more bottom end on the bass. Really slick.
