Description
She's really a muse. Lynsey Taylor has this voice that I thought was special so I invited her to do a bit for a Video Production bumper. After that she wanted to share a little vocalization she was working on. She said it's sounds Indian so she gives me a sample. I told her to hold on and I give her a note and hit the record button. No tempo, just a note. She gives me a few takes and from that inspiration I present to you Lynsey's India

And if you want to hear her on the Lumeralis Digital bumper check it here.

Lynsey's India
This is so creative ...the vocal indeed so inspiring ...but we cant ignore
how you made this all up so brilliant ...it has the sense of the east ...
I think we need (world genre) this fall there perfectly ...the guitar wail
so perfectly ...the mesh between fire electric and the classic guitar ..
just explain to me how skillful in production and playin you are ...kudos
thnx alot for sharin such gem !!!!

Excllent
song. Superb guitar playing with a flowing eastern pattern. Vocals are just right and the production. Very exciting tune, with a strong composition.

Thank you tokai
I did listen to some eastern-ish guitars and pulled some phrasing from those sources.

After the creation of
The Bali Rock genre then it will be the best song there. You're too kind.

I'm inspired
to rip you off. Not that I could succeed to this extent (magnifico!). Shades of Steve Vai. What a great mix of sounds. Love those modes, the heavy drums, the deep synth backing, Te great vocal performance, and the blazing guitar (!). I love this music. Really tops.

You are definitely the kindest
Come on Len, it's about soul and all of our music here on MJ reflects just that. I can't do what you do, which is great, I can't do what Brian D does or McBoy or... just name them, each brings a spark of something that nobody else has, which I admire.

Thanks for all your support and kindness.

Awesome...
Sounds a little like Jethro Tull's dot.com.

Beautiful vox. Fantastic Martin Barre-esque lead soloing.

Yup...Simply awesome!

Be well friend!

I hear the similarities
But I have a way to go on the production quality. Thanks for listening.

Hot on any continent
Hey, Roy, fives rock! So does Lynsey. Your guitar is a bit more accomplished than mine to say the least. Good, strong melody. This is the wunderstuff on any continent, in any genre. BTW I clicked over to YouTube and found the bumper had been removed... possibly for some update you have planned?

5's a groove all their own
The composition of the song was easy, the performance kicked my butt.

The reference site for the bumper sadly was closed. I could post it here, but it's 20 seconds only. Very short.

Thanks for stopping by and sharing your comments. Very much appreciated.

Wow, fab mix there. Sexy riffs and a sexy voice as well; it's impressive how well you interwove them without making either seem gratuitous, despite how opposite they are.

Thanks Chris
for swinging over for a listen. It just seems that the Garageband mixes are a tad more opaque than the Logic mixes. I'll take the comment.
