Love the intro.... &mdash 12/10/04 - 08:40:13 PM
Starts soft, love the beat, great mixing! I like the distant
strings in there too! Very cool.

cool melody &mdash 12/10/04 - 10:43:00 PM
I like the melody. You have some great synthy sounds.
Try using more eq on some of the highs and lows. It'll
help bring more stuff out. At least thats what I was told to
do with some of my stuff. Keep up the good work.

Did I smell Something Burning? &mdash 01/14/05 - 02:55:08 PM
I don't know what it is today with this whole burning thing today and your
compositions, but for some reason I think that my ear wants to hear some
wicked flames in the first part where you have the really cool bell sounds.

This is my favorite chord progression for writing in this style. As minimalistic
and frequently used as this is, I always find my ear straying me to use it. You
were effective in making it unique and interesting, which is hard to do with
something that has been used so often.

I will have to agree with a previous comment about the equalization.

Wow on the finish too!!!!! I love suprise endings.

One other suggestion that I have is that you break up the monotony a bit with
some more "free feeling" solos. Perhaps a bell solo and a bass solo. While
the structure is great, it is almost just a hair "too" perfect. I think some "off
the wall" or "out of control" solo sections could enhance what is already "top
grade".

Sincerely,
MidiMacMan.
