Description
A majorly reworked version of one of my old songs. Changed melody and added harmonies (in part to diminish some melodic similarities to Heavy Metal Drummer by Wilco).

man you're doing some interesting things. love the hand claps and the 60's pop vibe. also what you did with the keys. again, witty lyrics and cool vocal delivery. didn't hear wilco but definitely the Beatles Get Back, doesn't bother me though since no doubt they stole that progression from somebody else. only crit is i think you could do more with the drums - take the loop and modify it a bit so that it sounds more your own and less standard GB.

anyway faved you so i can keep up with your work, cool stuff.

wow
you are blowing me away as I take in your back catalog. just outstanding, love your style. and your voice is absolutely perfect for your style. i'm really jealous to tell you the truth. you manage to stay in the same territory stylistically on your songs, but they all sound fresh and part of a whole. excellent mix of the old and the new. really great stuff.

Dig Dug
Champion remake. Stop fooling around G, make some more stuff. Intoxicatingly refreshing, even the stuttering guitar is perfect.

Major Lee Reworked
Sounds pretty dynamite.

Big improvement from the original which I thought was pretty great in itself.

I agree that the drum parts should be modified a bit. Or, ask one of the many drummers here to help with the beats. Lately I've seen a few drummers offer their services in the forums. I know Vic Holman is probably the best, but he's really busy. Might ask Mike Watkins as he's not only a great drummer, but a great guy.

Thanks for the posts. Really glad to see you active again.
