	Thanks Feter I'd like to play this live someday! Glad you like the energy, I was trying to give it a strong pace and feel. The live feel comes from the drums. It's the first time i've mixed in real live drumming and needs lots of tweaking and EQing... Still learning! Thanks for the comment Check out my latest song called kooky dance

I am really
liking this very, very catchy song. Great panning effects at the beginning and about 2:30. Loving the unusual drums and panning although they might be just a touch extreme, maybe bring them slightly more towards the centre. Great sound, I think the vocals could definitely be more prominent in the miix, it's very hard to catch the excellent lyrics.
Really enjoyed.

I mixed this through headphones so things may not be quite right.
Thanks so much for the drum tip. This is the first time I've tried to mix in a full drum set from a live recording so placement in the mix is still very new to me. I read some where to extreme pan the 2 overhead mic.... Maybe that is to much. I'll take your advice and try bringing it in a bit. They do sound a bit full on and am in the process of trying to EQ them better.

this is really cool. Bloody catchy, and i love some of the chord progressions. The high EQ on the drums (15k - 20k-ish) could be tamed a little bit (this might just be where you mixed in headphones) and some of the lower-mid frequencies could probably come up a tad just give those drums a little more punch maybe. I agree with Lengold also on that the vocals could definately be pushed up some more, sounds to me that there are some excellent melodies going on that need to be exploited! Killer solo. I really enjoyed this, All in all a great post. Thank you!

p.s Can i ask you how you mic'd the drums? I've never had the opportunity to mic a real set before, but it's something i've always wanted to do. I love the 'live room' sound you've got going here.

	Rock it Love the live feel of this, red hot chilly peppers meet the cure. I like the synths in this. I think the vocals could be pushed up a hair, and the drums could be brought back a bit, but besides that its a great song! Check out my latest song called So I been told
