Audacity ...is the program I use now. It's freeware and it suits my needs at the moment. I use a lot of small sound samples and stretch them to the point of being unrecognizable. Overlapping sounds from one segment to the next seems to be effective as well. I'm not sure what else to say! Check out my latest song called Osama Bin Laden Finished
