Breaking up sucks. But if you have to do it, you may as well write some songs about it.

Who says you need 3 chords... ...to make a great rock song? You've done an admirable job of it using just ONE! Fav'd. Cheers, Jim Check out my latest song called SR-71

great really liking your stuff, man. love the fuzzy guitars in this one and the overall production is really good - nice and warm. cool vocals, too. doubled tracked? Would love to hear this one pick up a little more towards the end with some bigger guitars/drums/vocals, but it works fine like this as well. Check out my latest song called Keep Your Chin Up

cool song I love how the guitar line follows the vocals. You're right, the only good thing about breakups is the songs that usually follow. Nice work. Check out my latest song called Wake Up

Thanks Guys One chord, no problem. Very true! Thanks a ton for the great comments, I'm glad you like it! As far as a little more info goes, I used a special edition Fender Strat on 3 guitar tracks, a Gibson SG bass, a Yamaha MM6 keyboard for the drums and synth piano, and two vocal tracks. Pretty simple little diddy. And I'm planning on a part 3 thats heavier then this one, though I haven't started it yet. It's just one of those songs I saw going lots of different ways and figured I might as well run with it. Thanks again guys! Check out my latest song called If You Swear

like it, man hey man this is really creative, in a cool "lets see how much i can do with this spit and duct tape" kind of way, and i dig that. what makes the tune is the hyper melodic way you've constructed the couplets in the lyrics - the beat makes you want to dance and the vox make you want to sing along. DL'd. Check out my latest song called Get Away with Murder Eyes (5XArms Cover)

oh yeah sounds awesome. grabbed me immediatey. really liking everything about this one. always a fan of the vocal following along an instrumental melody line. love the immediacy in this one, and that guitar sound is terrific. are you using a real amp? great great track. Sounds very pop... ...in a good way though... more of a Wilco or an Apple itunes commercial kind of pop than the bland radio pop. If this were on the radio i'd start listening to the radio again. Great stuff. Check out my latest song called Post Nasal Drip

Ah Schucks, Thanks a lot guys. I'm really glad you like my song. Michael, no I didn't use a real amp on this track. I seem to get a lot of noise when I do, so I just tweak the digital stuff till it sounds about right. And Elevator, if this was on the radio I'd be listening too! Thanks for checking me out Check out my latest song called If You Swear

Pilot leads the way All is right here, not an extra note or inflection. Vocals are right on target. Can I say this was clever without getting in trouble? Dam, this is clever! I will be back for more pop magic. My hat is off! Daug Check out my latest song called Daphne w/ Andy Wigzell

I'd love to know a little more about this - instruments - software etc. Really unique sound and approach to composition - I like the persistent beat and throb that keeps a fine edge. It's like a new and improved new wave - what the Cars never really got right (plus your voice is way better). Hope you don't mind the comparison - this is very cool.
