Siege Video There's a video of this performance on youtube at: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SaEHAUqfNWA The recording on MacJams is not from the video; it's from a Sony minidisc recorder with one microphone about half way back in the auditorium. Thanks for your favorable comments! There was lots of applause for the piece and one gentleman in the audience was convinced he'd heard it performed before but the NCSB did it better. Excellent! This gets me all giddy... partly because Keith gets to hear his piece performed live, and partly because it is a fun festive piece of music of his, and partly because your symphonic band did a great job with this! As for the recording, my positive comment is that I was impressed that the sound quality wasn't too bad... I'm assuming this was taken off a video camera recording? Is there a video to go with it coming soon? The negative comment is... you chopped off the applause at the end! :-)
Anyway, how great to hear this, thanks for posting it for us all to enjoy!
