Stratcat A fine booty cooler. Can you find anyone to add a Hammond B4 and perhaps a little piano? Oh it is such a fine song it deserves a brass section. Just a thought. Check out my latest song called I have Been Away (LIOLI, Late Entry)

Satisfies the Blues Tooth! Great Strat tone and lead phrasing. You have done well overcoming a major blues challenge that has kept me from recording much: The challenge of finding a hook/melody space to anchor the improvs together. (This was my challenge in my Strat leads dueling with Ed's leads in Ed's Battleship Blues (http://www.macjams.com/song/47685). I think you've done this very well here, while I have yet to find a groove to satisfy my "blues tooth." Check out my latest song called Yours and Mine

Thanks Bob, I know what you mean about finding a hook. I've found that if you keep it simple and try not to cram too much (Which I have a tendency to do) into a song it sounds much better. I find myself editing out lead lines which just add to the clutter. If you listen to all the great blues players like Ronnie Earl, Albert Collins, they all say the same thing, keep it simple. Thanks for the comments. Check out my latest song called Fender Bender

But then I would say that wouldn't I ? Like the mix you did this time too.
Just for the record, the Bass is a Yamaha RBX800a that I bought in 1991, Got it going straight into the board through a Tascam FW1804 fw interface and into Logic Express 8.
Thanks for letting me play around in your sandbox Bill, it was great fun, especially on this great bit a blues you did.
