Description
This was the first song I ever recorded on computer, decided to see if I could remix it and make it sound any better. It was very confusing looking at that track again, made absolutely no sense whatsoever. Sounds different, don't know about better. I wrote it about my old drummer Scott (AKA Topo). He always wanted to be called Topo but no one would ever call him that. One night while talking to some cute drunk girls at a gig, he said his name was Topo, and she was like: "tugboat?" This led to him being called tugboat, mr. T, lil' T, and endless variations on a theme. He's a great guy, teaches handicapped kids and plays like a demon. That's him in the picture.

none, just the wailing sad moog.

Topo would be proud, assuming he's heard the new version. Haven't ever heard the original, but this is a happy little song that works. Yeah, that's it, "Topo, the song that could"
Great work Michael,
