See... I really like this kind of playing, and this kind of recording/improvising...Sounds very live and like real acoustic guitars over my speakers... I might suggest rolling some bass gently out of the mix, maybe just a touch of compression to be able to bring the overall level up a notch... Minor thought, though... I really enjoy this... Waits The louder the vocals get the worse they get! Actually, the vocals were bonus footage when I wasn't sure what my mic would pick up while recording the rhythm track. I decided to leave it in, just for fun. One of these days I'll do a serious attempt at vocals. I'll trade you an eighth of mine for an eighth of your engineering talents. way cool feel on this. Its got energy to spare and the recording itself was crisp and clear. I too often 'vocalize' along with a new track :-) Great for imagining the different directions it might take. Reminded me a little of CSNY or America.
