Description

Hey all...Just a little idea I threw together with some spare time. I'll probably do some more edits and give it a proper mix in the monitors later on. Well, as Jack Black would say...or I think he would say..You can't escape the "METAL"!! lol

I guess I'm not sure WHAT style I want to play. Maybe I shouldn't restrict it to one genre until I'm sure.

BTW: I almost forgot...It's a headphone mix.

Nice track!
Chris, I listened to this in my car (played from my iPhone) and it sounds really great!!! The mix on this is superb!

If you're looking for feedback/suggestions, the only thing I'd offer is that the percussion sound that starts at 1:39 maybe should fade out during the solo. (for a minute I thought my car had a rod knock, lol!) Really, though it's just a minor thing :)

Excellent track, bro! The piano (and that opening synth, too) really accent this track, I thought. Definitely downloaded!

I didn't play it while I was driving yet. haha! I'll be taking a drive shortly. lol

Glad you liked it though bro, and thanks for the heads up on the mix.

I'll be creating a new mix in the monitors tomorrow and comparing the two, so hopefully their will be some improvement.

I was hoping to have some more variety with the chug thing, but whatever I tried, it just didn't sit well with the groove. I think I'll be shortening them up and expanding the the "solo" intro and possibly trying to add that part through out the song with some more editing.
