Description
Here is a high-energy dance tune to keep you bouncing your bits all over the dance floor. All of my usual Mac hardware was used as well as my Omnisphere software package, almost exclusively. The artwork was created by me using an old self-portrait I took of my lower torso. Anyway, hope you all enjoy!

Fast enough
and full of energy to be sure! Luxxorious sounds as usual from you, in places a little like J M Jarre could have used. Thanks!

Lots to reflect on.
WOW, what a thick, chaotic chorus at 0:43, and it moves into a trippy little section at 0:57... I am impressed by those. But why in the great wide world wouldn't you use them again?

Since you want to make people dance, I'll speak to that ambition. You're really close to something golden. It's just that the song undergoes too many dramatic changes for my taste. Seems like right when I get dancing, the flow is destroyed by another random switch. And it's not necessarily bad, but I don't think it's what you're going for. It's somewhat experimental and difficult to latch onto – not a natural feeling for the genre you're working within.

You found something catchy at 2:51 with that quick little bass. Seems like there's always a great place to start in your music, but no place to end. I still feel like if you want to make something that's consistently danceable, you'll need to focus your imagination on fewer, and more powerful, concepts. You've got plenty of catchy material in here, but it's all just scattered snippets. I feel like this audio file could be a sampler for all of Boris Luxx's impressive experiments. You could sell yourself as a versatile artists with this – but as a reliable trance composer? I don't see it yet.

I don't suggest that you try to copy all that simple, linear dance music out there. That's not you. But all music, I believe, should have an identity. This song doesn't. Its identity might lie in the awesome technical prowess of Borix Luxx, with blasting drums and seething synths, sure, but where else? Where is its soul?

It's always been interesting to hear your stuff. Thanks for sharing. I hope you can receive my feedback with the spirit in which it was given.

Blessings,
Matt

Great to hear from you again, Carl! I doubt I will ever be famous, but if I DO happen to, I will HIGHLY recommend you! What's keeping us from doing a tune together right now? I'd love that! Thanks a million!

Hmmm...
I am never sure how to start a collab. I guess we could just throw some ideas out there and see what develops? Unless you had some ideas or projects in process already. I needed to step out for a few hours right now, but maybe I can poke around tonight and see if I can come up with something. Talk to you soon, Carl!
