Lyrics:
C'mon SallyYou were the one
The seventh moll of a seventh son
Originally bred for the stage
To turn out the lights when the show was done
And all there's to pursue instead of you
What to do?
Give me something to surrender to
C'mon Sally, show me a sign
Aquarian roots or a chorus line?
Incidentally made at the time
Of Eisenhower babies and corporate crimes
With all there's to pursue instead of you
What to do?
Give me something to surrender to
C'mon Sally, breakfast at ten
A snifter of rosemary now and then
A tall glass of pink lemonade
To celebrate all of the love we've made
With all there's to pursue instead of you
What to do?
Give me something to surrender to
What can you do
Have we honestly thought this through
Being with you
For the rest of my days
C'mon Sally, give me a sigh
A gentlemen's bet between jealous guys
A sudden gesture, sweat on a lip
A gathering cloud in a Texas sky
With all there's to pursue instead of you
What to do?
Give me something to surrender to

Great voice, great vocal performance, great arrangement,
very cool lyrics. Simply excellent. In my speakers, your
vocals and cymbals were a tad soft and the bass a bit
overbearing. You have the clarity of arrangement and
smart lyric writing of Kevin Gilbert (high compliment). I
love your stuff and am really glad you are back!
I also just checked out your "back catolog" here. I was
intrigued by others' comparisons to Kevin Gilbert and
XTC.
I hear things that remind my of Mike Keneally (especially
your earlier work), who has played with ... Kevin, XTC (so
far unreleased), Steve Vai, Zappa and his own bands.
Please post more often!
Superb presentation with Lyrics and Artwork included. Groovin' song with rocking guitar. Well written and performed. Thanks for sharing.

Lots of sound variety to wrap my ears around on this tune!
The mix is very well done; everything is clear. No small
accomplishment, that -- because there's so much goin'
on.
The percussion was very imaginative, however there could
have been just a few less cymbal crashes. (It's a good
spice that can easily be over-used.)
Excellent vocals, great lyrics.
Loved the ending!

Such great production. Wish the song had slightly more meat, perhaps in a biting bridge. Borders on brilliant commentary but doesn't quite jump the fence. Excellent subtely in the lyrics. What a great vsound you create, however.

Downloaded and fan added. Love the style. Great vocals!
Agree with TM - bass a little overpowering. Highhat is too
low but the crashes are a little hot. Might try a solo with
that strat, but not necessary. Great job! 8-8-9-8

Great stuff, mate. That's a really clever chord progession.
Great voice, trite-free lyrics, and everything sounds good.
Better go see what else you've got...
