i've been trying to get into this band for a year but they tell me that i'm just not "heroin mary material". What does that even mean???

If the show is as cool as this tune then i better figure out how to tivo. It's like Elvis Costello fronting the Cars. DL'd and on the ipod.

Love the overall sound

A perfectly rounded song with voice, instrumentation and lyrics all balanced to create the lo-fi pop of late summer in the sand.

Simple & beautiful. The megaphone call of the numbers is an inspired piece of writing. Keys remind us of a certain Mr D & his 5EA, no?

Outro breakdown is the correct way to end this. 10/10 & DL'd

I love your whole swingin', indie, headbobbin', Monkees meets The Cars meets The Impossibles, Josie and the Pussycats Saturday morning cartoon chase scene sound!!! This is the stuff I sit down to create but never walk away with. This chorus, this riff, these lyrics, those harmonies, that bridge...why am I even trying? "You, all, everybody!" -- genius! This deserves a tighter recording on par with Bad Robot, but I hear where you're comin' from, and I'm right there with you!
