Many thanks I tried responding to this earlier and it didn't seem to accept it. I'll try once again. I always appreciate your comments. You, like I, seem to have very eclectic musical tastes. I love blending musical styles and try hard not to fall into a set pattern. I also play some bluegrass and will try to upload some of those at some point. Let's do it! I was just listening to some of your tunes. Great tone/technique. I have something I started but never finished that features guitar a sax. Actually two of them. Dynamic fun from start to finish. Wicked riffage. Kfaftwerk meets Floyd on guitar amphetamines? Dunno but it's a great outing, from the progressions and humorous, high-interest transitions mix to your playing. It's not just a generic chopfest, it's got melody and a nice dynamic throughout. Great screaming at the end... too bad you had to cut-of the ending so abruptly... an error? Check out my latest song called Call Me (Turn to Me Reprise)

Thanks Now that I listen to it again the ending was trimmed a bit. The original recording trailed off a little more gracefully.. I'll upload another version soon. Thanks for the comments. I really liked doing this one. The guitar I used was really great. It was a solid body Ovation electric. I don't think they made very many of them. The neck was fantastic and it was really easy to play. I searched for several years to find a guitar with similar action and settled on a PRS-24 (my main guitar now). Thanks I've got hundreds of audio projects. Most of them aren't worthy to post here (either too under or over developed or covers). I really appreciate your comments. I do wish I could post some of my covers. I have a really wicked, metal funk version of "crash into the sun" (Jim White). I love sharing my tunes with other musicians. Very cool synth textures Tapping is fun, never thought of doing a whole song with tapping. Are you using a steinberger? Some of the whammy bar passages sound like a steinberger to me. Kind of an Eddie Van Halen tone too. Enjoyed it! Check out my latest song called Devil's Argument!!!

Tapping is fun! This guitar actually belongs to my sister. It is a solid body Ovation. I haven't seen many of them around. They have great necks and are ideal for tapping. I had that guitar for years, but she eventually wanted it back which forced me to buy my PRS custom-24. This is by far the best guitar I've ever owned. It has a wonderful feel (great solid neck) and has really good diversity of tone. Thanks. Check out my latest song called In Some Other World
