I like the way...
...you left the original loop as-is. *wink*

Vocals fit quite well.

Excellent vox over a really stellar mix.
You tamed the loop, that's for sure. Love the rhythm track you put into this, there's a lot of energy and drive in it.

there's great vocals
and then there's that rare ability to use ones voice as a percussive, rhythmic, melodic instrument. You have both in spades Sister, Very inventive track. Now I feel the need to do something creative right now. Thank you!

Anne
How appropriate that you guys should put a vocal over this rhythm. It moves and the vocal gives it the personality. Good Effort.
Thanks,
Stephen

Well........
I thought I had forever. Are you sure I havent got forever?

This is a disturbing revelation. Need to call my lawyer. I thought forever was in the bank.

Minimalist voices become instrumentation dancing with dance loop. Simple. Sweet. Elegant, like iced tea in a tall glass on a hazy, steamy still summer day.
SmokeyVW said 3013 days ago (August 23rd, 2009)
banshee beat
cool dance beat - that's the way to distract the forebrain whilst encouraging the hindbrain to dance like banshee!

thanks

waiting
love that you did that groovy prince "i was texting before the kids were doing it" thing in the title, cool. and it just gets better. love the super fast vocal stylings. you can always be depended upon for a creative and super cool vocal delivery. like the world beat too contrasted with the very "unworld" cold and chimey synth.

I've been
playing around with some of the vocal loops available - and they are very good. I was wondering what these great singers were doing messing around making loops.
I hear your song and realise that you have mastered the art of the vocal to an amazing degree. Maybe you should be selling your voice as great loops?
Love the backing track - adore the vocal.
Cheers
Len

...looking into my soul, Anne! It's MY soul, and it is to remain private...and unique...

What a cool thing...

I think it's time for you to market the SISTERS brand vocal loops.... Apple could put out a whole DVD of them...

LIOLI
Not a big fan of LIOLI Anne, but this stands pretty well on it's own as a cool post. As I've said before, you could sing the telephone book and it would be great.
