Description
Way late to this party, but I had started this back when Mitchell posted up his generous collab Broken, and then life intervened and it got pushed around the desktop.
I finally started to dig in again, and I have to say, listening to Spit's word is empowering. Always positive, from the heart.
There's some ridiculously excellent versions already up so I feel a little sheepish posting another effort . Plus the backing tracks are a little repetitive, as I was just sort of humping along groovin to the flow. I'm the guy who always orders the lazymans lobster :-)
Thanks to Spitlogic for making this available. Its a genre I could never hope to embark on my own, but with 99% of the tune existing in Spit's vocal its too good an Op to pass up. Mitchell also (again) synced up a version for me to plug and play as I (again) couldn't find that happy place where my tracks would lock in.

Thanks for listening
