(St. Paul's) Our Father Who Art

Description
The is the Lord's Prayer, the most important prayer of the Christian Church, with lyrics that are a paraphrase of Luther's explanation in his Small Catechism. The form of the song is possibly easy enough to be useful for some congregations if they are willing to try it. The melody lines are essentially consistent, as well as the piano part. I tried to record a version where the piano part was played with some simplicity so that you could tell how easy it may be to play. Eventually I will have the song notated for those who may want to use it.

Lyrics
Our Father in heaven, we are your dear children, and we call on you with a bold, sure voice.
Holy be Thy name, keep Thy love the same, all among your people show your truth
Thy kingdom come, Thy will be done, on earth as in heaven.
May the clouds on high with Your Word to us draw nigh.

Give us today our bread. All needs and nourishment. Thank you for your loving providence.
You're the Great Provider. Great love from the Father, through the Son, and by the Spirit.

Forgive our sins as we forgive others too.
Manifest Thy love by Thy holy righteous blood.

Keep us from temptation. Give Your revelation: our weakness displays Your strength.
Give us faith to believe that we have the victory; all things we shall overcome.

Deliver us from the evil one.
And when the hour comes take us to our heavenly home.

For Thine is the kingdom, power and the glory, forever and ever Amen.
You command our prayer promising to hear, we shall always trust Your Word.

Amen, amen. It shall be so. Amen amen.
