Cigarette Man (with Estella, APB, and Musichead)

Estella caught my eye on MJ's just for the simple fact that my wife's name is Stella. I've been with Stella for almost 25 years and have NEVER run into anyone else with that name. Estella is about as close as I've got so far. Naturally I had to check out her music. She has a fantastic voice and I really liked everything I heard but one song caught my ear more than the others. "Cigarette Man" that she did with APB and Musichead: http://www.macjams.com/song/29055 It's a nice relaxing song that just seemed to need a real simple drum line added to it. So I asked Estella if I could "try" to add drums and she gave me her blessing.
Now anytime I've recorded my drum set, all it involved was sticking a mic in front the set and nothing more. This was the first time I ever made a serious "attempt" at properly recording drums. If you seen what crummy set I have, you'd laugh!!! But I think after adjusting a whole bunch of different things, it came out OK. I also tweaked a few things on the original mix and added just a "sprinkle" of synthesizer.
I'd like to say THANK YOU! to Estella for letting me in on this song. It was a really fun learning experience. APB and Musichead did a great job with the guitars.
