Description
Because I am studying intense orchestration at the moment, I decided to make a string orchestra version of The Lost Child. I will maybe be performed in January next year by a life string orchestra!

Fabulous motion
I love the Tchaikovsky ballet feel, the richness of a Stravinsky arrangement (like Pulcinella), the liveliness that never stops intriguing the listener. I hope you are able to get live musicians to perform this piece. It is more than delightful, it is insightful and artistic. Excellent writing/arranging.

Hi!
Thanks Tobin, all composers I love! Maybe the only problem is that my bounce is a little bit too fast to get performed like this by a live string orchestra. But I look forward for the hopefully coming concert of it!

Outstanding
Very fine work, indeed, compositionally and in the arranging. I appreciate, in particular, the variety of contrasting moods. You may want to upgrade your string sounds to East/West. For the moment, I would add velocity to the strings to get more vibrato, in which case you need to cut back on the volume. You might also work with expression introducing momentary crescendo and diminuendo effects.

hi!
East West would be nice, but their prices are too high for me at the moment, so I will have to do it with the good old Jam Pack Orchestral. I used the automation option in Logic 8 to get crescendos and decrescendos and played all the voices live on my digital piano, this is the best I can get right now.

Beautiful composition. Strings sound amazingly real to my ears. Enjoyed this immensely.
