Description
This song is more of a celebration more than anything. More for forged alliances and friendships. Feter had a blues tune that he wanted to use to suggest a couple of good friends sitting by a campfire sharing the music that they love the most... Blues. I imagined crickets and crackling fire sound effects, when he first described it to me in MJChat... but it doesn't seem to fit now. I was more than obliging to throw down on this as we had touched on some blues before and it seemed to work pretty good. When the lyrics came in an email with the Feter mixdown of his guitar and vocals I was blown away. When I read the first lines, "We crossed many roads, none of them was true," it hit me like Mr Feter had known me for many years. I had crossed many roads looking for True. Not ever really finding as if the search was more important than attaining You hear alot of things along the way and you pick and chose what you want to be true but eventually it all catches up to you or drops awayand you have to face what is. At any rate, this is really Feter's song but he insisted that I post it. He's done this to me before and I protested then too but to no avail. So in the spirit of True Friendship I proudly post Mr Feter's song,' We Gotta Jive in Blues.'

Lyrics
We Gotta jive in Blues
We crossed many roads
None of them was true
And its 3 after midnight
We got to jive in blues
Got trouble In the summer
Bad luck in winter too
we aint nothing but travllers
We got to jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
Who knows what tomorrow
But we got to jive in blues
Life getting hard for pennies
The pucket crys aloud
Anything for piece of bread
We got the jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
Who knows what tomorrow
But we got to jive in blues
We crossed many roads
None of them was true
And its 3 after midnight
We got to jive in blues
Got trouble In the summer
Bad luck in winter too
we aint nothing but travllers
We got to jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
Who knows what tomorrow
But we got to jive in blues
Life getting hard for pennies
The pucket crys aloud
Anything for piece of bread
We got the jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
We got to jive in blues
Who knows what tomorrow
But we got to jive in blues
