Jack: There were a number of insightful comments on the original guitar instrumental Acoustic Morning Dew that I should add vocals. I asked Roxylee if she would join in. And over the past month this song has slowly been taking shape... I think it's a beautiful song now. The commenters were right!
Roxylee: When I heard Jack's Acoustic Morning Dew, I loved the sound and thought it would be cool to add some vocals. Jack agreed, so I put in a few background ahhhh's and sent it over to him. He encouraged me to add more, so I recorded improv lyrics as it played and added more vocal layering. Jack mixed it, lucky guy, and we hope you enjoy the results.
Song art is a picture I took at dawn, sailing north in the Gulf Stream, off the Florida coast in 2001.
