You know after working with her a few times I got this idea for a character in a film or novel who has a relationship with Vicki. Basically he writes her script for conversations they have leaving space for his side of them. He has Vicki be his wake up call each morning and of course she reads him his email. TMI? Perhaps. Another Space Race gem Great idea to put the voice in over your spacey sound bed. Reminds me of a female variant of Albedo 0.39 by Vangelis. Are you doing a B side with just the ambient effects? It easily stands alone as well, although it's not as rich as your inspired mix here. I'm surprised by how many people here at MJ have some astronomical background. Cool. Here is another one thinking of Vangelis' Albedo piece. A lot of astronomical facts about good old Tellus read out in a similar fashion to this with some space synths to back it up. Siriusly If I just heard this playing in the other room, I swear I'd know it was yours. Even though you chose to use Vicki as your vocalist, it's not overpowered by her sweetness at all. It's not gimmicky and it's way cooler than anything HAL could've done, although it sounds to me like they were in the same quadrant of space. Great track bud. You're a stellar phenomenon.
