Description
I wasn't going to enter this MJ challenge because a) I didn't think I'd have the time and b) because I'd previously done a bond theme a year ago http://www.macjams.com/song/41905 but I just couldn't resist the temptation.
I've had the opening 2 bars in sketch form for ages and have just spent the last 2 days working on it.
Hope you like it

oh Wow...
This is simply great! Wonderful approach to this. Love the morse code!

I can totally see this as a Bond theme... Either the entry or perhaps the ending credits...

Extremely well done! Very very nice!

Morse Code!
Like MarkHolbrook sez, the Morse code kicks off the intrigue, secret agent feel in high gear. But you don't downshift from there; you just amp up the tension with dangerous layers of mysterious keyboards and edgy guitars that seem to breathe with a tense life.

That's an awesome hook you've built the piece around, and the different shades of danger you've surrounded it with are spot on. Excellent entry, and well worthy of the Bond big screen. Nice work!

inspector morse
I was going through all the samples in GB trying to find suitable stuff and thankfully the morse code bleeps just fitted perfectly.
Glad you liked it and thanks for setting up this challenge.
It pushed me to work a bit faster than I usually do and get something done
cheers

Thanks Relic
The bass is just the 'deep round synth' bass preset in GB but think it gave it a bit more of an edge.
Anyway, thanks for dropping in and glad you liked it
cheers

temptation
I'm glad you did. Very bond like and the production/mix is blowing me away. Also totally dig the trippy keys and melodic lines. Sweet sweet choices on the guitar tones and keys.

I
really like how you permutate the Bond theme, giving us a hint of it but taking it in a different direction. This is all ACTION. Nice work!

Very cool take on the Dr Know theme
But of course I'm not surprised, after all, you are the "King Bee"

Roughly translated, the means you're a unio boss, I think, but I digress

Great bit with the Morse code in there, and the slightly modified JB DR NO theme on the guitar. The whole piece is very, very cool,

Ed
