Hit Factory
John, another great song, would definitely have been a major hit. They are all so catchy. I'm with Feter, the sounds and textures you have conjured up are so authentic and fit perfectly with the song. Masterfully played, sung and recorded.
Downloaded. Thanks.
Cheers
Len

Rock
This is the type of rock that is missing here.
Your vocal harmonies fight the song perfectly.
Nice mix too . . .

I love harmonies but to be honest they're a pain sometimes and very time consuming.

Where's the Album?
You've got to do an album, and if you have where can we get it.

Great song as always.

McGuiness Flint
there's a name Dick - I remember their biggie - When I'm dead and gone....think they had something to do with the Likely Lad's theme as well....Glad you liked this, one of those songs that seemed to come from nowhere. Thanks for listening and the comments.

Dave Edmunds
I remember him even before Love Sculpture back in the days of The Raiders. He had a Pink Vauxhall and used to keep all his stuff in the back of it, that was in 65...

Thanks for the feedback, glad you enjoyed it.

More good old rock 'n' roll
Hey, John, you're putting out some of the finest rock and/or roll around. It makes me wanna turn-down my OD & distortion. This brings it down to the roots. You've got some hiss surrounding your vocal lines that might be easily addressed by trimming-out the silent sections. Sounds like you're using a gate and it's "slamming shut" on those vocals.

Thanks Bob
I think my problem is that by the time I get to the mixing side of things I'm mostly fed up with it all having heard it so many times and that combined with the lack of interest in production is the reason for my short comings, - Still despite all that I have some new software arriving within the next few days so maybe things will improve - and maybe not !!!! I do appreciate your help though and it is always noted -thanks again.
