Description
A song about the virtual loss of a bi-polar brother, my brother Tim
This version posted originally in May of 2006
Richard Schletty on vocals, my brother John (FEEL) on lead guitars and bass, me on rhythm guitar.
John helped me with this song way back when to break the monotony in the chord progression; I wrote lyrics for it and posted for the first time in Feb ‘06, without vocals.
I need to remix this with a good solid drum track, this one is repetitive and sucks. Any other production tips would be appreciated.

Lyrics
Song of 11 (II TIMOTHY I:XI)
You know your mother was a real straight shooter
Your daddy flew the skies, a true sky trooper
Together they taught love, a song, a story
They dedicated all this to His glory
Did you ever think?
Did you ever know?
It wasn’t all for you –
Will you take a drink
Of this fountain flow?
Don’t take it all for you!
Are you on the brink
Of a passion show?
It isn’t all about you!!
Back in those days when you were taught and tutored
Those times, establishment and war refuted
You gave it all your worth to live the new rule
Living with Mary Jane and friends school
Did you ever think?
Did you ever know?
It wasn’t all for you –
Will you take a drink
Of this fountain flow?
Don’t take it all for you!
Are you on the brink
Of a passion show?
It isn’t all about you!!
Your little siblings were the closest to you
Like you, their music is a song to speak through
So take these words of mine to hear a refrain
Of lost love, fellowship and long heart felt pain
Did you ever think?
Did you ever know?
It wasn’t all for you –
Will you take a drink
Of this fountain flow?
Don’t take it all for you!
Are you on the brink
Of a passion show?
It wasn’t all for you!!
