Electric Trainset Love Song

Description
This is a little melancholic/nostalgic ode to the lost joys of childhood. I bought my 6 year old nephew a trainset for Christmas recently, and as I was wrapping it up, I had a flood of memories as to the joys of boys and their toys.. how Xmas was so much fun as a kid.. I nearly unwrapped the damn trainset right there and then, and would have if I had any room in my flat for it! LOL!

really great collection of sounds. i can hear the train
chuggin along.. steam, toot & whistle. this is prolly better
suited for the electronica/dance genre rather than
ambient-gave you high marks anyway. very well done

It chugs along quite nicely
Nice work with all the little sounds. Personally I would
have ditched the piano. I know, those piano loops are
tempting, but it doesn't work (for me at least) in this
electronic context.

thanks Tennesee! i can appreciate and see your point re the piano, but not being
one to follow rules or general do's and dont's, i didnt resist the piano LOL! I
think its all the better for it, as without it doesnt have a certain lift.. but thats
just me.. Thanks again for stopping by page and lending your ear!

haunting
The low bell melody is what makes this good. It sounds
quite bittersweet, contrasting with the whimsy/silliness of
the rest of the instruments.
