Description
A light and ambient offering. Relatively simple, and short of length, it is a minimal tale of wonder about the evolution of man, where we are and how far we have come. Please leave your comments. Thanks to Vicki and monkey for vocals ;) Made in GB. Feb 2004.

Very Cool
I like this a lot-- gave it a 10. Whoever gave this a 1
wasn't being objective I don't think. I'd very much like to
know more about exactly how you did this. I'd like to
know which software instruments and which effects. The
mastering on this is smoother than I seem to be able to
achieve. How'd you do that?

Very Cool
Thanks for your comment, A 1 rating isn't very good is it?, 10 is better
obviously, Thank You :) as long as people are reacting, that's the main
object ;) I created the main sound by using a deep pad synth loop, then
added an effect using a buzzer AU plug-in unit. Follow this link http://
www.macidol.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=185 for more info. I've used 5
tracks just for various changes to this one loop (slightly tweaking the
instrument effects settings). Hope this helps.

Nice concept
Not only is this a wonderfully smooth track, it is well
designed. I love the vocoder thing on your voice. But the
real surprise came with the monkey (?) scream at the end.
It shocked me into rethinking the whole concept of "we"
and the whole idea of what you implied by the "where" of
here. Thanks you. Very cool.

Whoa... cool vocorder, er... vocoder.. or whatever, thingy.
Cool voice effect thingy. Is that some hardware that
maybe perhaps you should have listed or what? I wish the
mystery weren't a mystery! Good song. REminds me of a
band called AIR a little bit. Minimal, but 'cool'.

kindly kind,
mister fosod.

air
The solution to this mystery would be to take a GB synth loop, in this case
Deep pad 01, apply buzzer AU fx to aforemention loop, sit back and enjoy
wibbly voice-like sounds. Elementary my dear Fosod ;) Another case solved.
p.s that french band air are weally wather good, their influence over me must
be seeping out.
