r cool and so is the playing......my nitpick r the constant
cymbal crash and some static i hear thruout the song...the
solo was pretty kool......

Thanks, I used a loop for the drums which had the cymbal crash in it. I'm
going to attempt micing my drums for a more personalised sound.

Nice Song &mdash 12/30/04 - 11:50:22 AM
You said your vocals need work, but you really do have a
good voice. Don't you hate when you find a loop you like
and it has at cymbal crash at the beginning. Sometimes
with some creative editting you can remove it, but easier
said than done. The guitars sound good.

Nice Song &mdash 12/30/04 - 11:59:15 AM
Thanks for listening! I kind of liked the drum loop at first, but the cymbal
crash is a little much. I just wish micing drums wasn't such a pain in the ass.
thanks again.

Good Stuff &mdash 12/30/04 - 12:15:59 PM
Some real good use of dynamics and building. I heard
that opening piano loop and I thought "Uh oh, another
one of those..." But then you made it your own and really
built a cool song around it.

Yeah its tough with the vocals--at least with me, it's like
okay, I just recorded the vocals, even though it was the
first time I ever sang them. Just get 'em down before I
forget the melody. Dunno if that's what you do; guess I
am suggesting (to myself more than you) that its best to
do more than one take on the vocals. Each time should
get better; feel more secure.

Having said that, the vocals are good. Just a couple of iffy
spots. Keep on rockin'!

Thank you, I am going to post a new version with a different vocal range. This was a little higher than I usually sing.

Yeaaa, this is it... dude, this was a delight/pleasure to
listen... jam jiggidy jaalsbin! i likedy likes... This was mos
def the best cut of urs i thought, though the vocals do
need a lil bit of work, still though, very nice, 9 out of 10 in
my book, if i heard it on the radio, with better vocals, i'd
keen in to see whose song it was...
Good job...
