AmBachience... Oooh, what an interesting take on this... it is as if Wendy Carlos were playing this while riding a tricycle up and down little moguls. This is very fun, relaxing, but the rubato gave it an edgy propulsion that was really novel. I like it! I have a 2-CD performance of WTC on piano by S. Richter that I listen to often. ttfn, Drakonis Check out my latest song called Belle Aire (for Mandolin Orchestra)

Rubato Yep, quite deliberately played without click track so that I can speed up riffs, and hesitate in dramatically appropriate places. Glad you like it. Check out my latest song called Fourth Candle

Yeah That's a nice track! Your synth sounds are pretty smart and 'oscillator-y' in that Wendy Carlos way. Check out my latest song called A Bell In The Valley

Cool! What a novel concept. I love Bach and this is a very appealing interpretation. You've got my imagination going now and I am wondering about all the different interpretations that could come from the great synth sounds we can generate in our era. Very good, Stephen Check out my latest song called E Lucevan Le Stelle

Great interpretation the synth voices embody different tonalities and expressions of strings and pipe organ and make this contemporary yet respectful at the same time. I really think he's approve. Check out my latest song called ditto

Strings Bach's keyboard works need an instrument with both attack and long sustain. This is my first attempt. Pleasant, but not optimal yet. I'll post more JSB as my synthesis attempts progress. Check out my latest song called Fourth Candle

Feels right to me. 2 thumbs up (duh) I'm generally a 99% guitar-head and I know you're sort of the opposite. And while I have little knowledge of classical, I wanna offer-up my respect for your keys AND the fact that you blew-off the click, which would just drain the soul from this fine stuff. P.S., nice magic sunset-hour photo! Check out my latest song called Call Me (Turn to Me Reprise)

This is one of Bach's more lyrical works. Not overtly contrapuntal and in a way lends itself to this dreamy interpretation. I enjoyed it. Check out my latest song called RADIANT FLESH (take 2)

There are so many ways to play Bach-the lines are SO good. This is way outside of what the mainstream classical world would call "acceptable" but who cares? Great stuff- I'd love to hear more in this direction. Check out my latest song called I Could Write a Book

Well I am a sucker for Bach ever since a yoof and listening to Walter...now called Wendy...Carlos and also Mnsr Louissier Trio and their take on the delightful music of JS and the other Bachs whose initials elude me, this is a very evocative piece of music and certainly catapults me back to grammar school, vinyl LPs and Oxford Bags. Nice one Vic. Check out my latest song called Cripple Creek Revised........By Jarvoid and the Banjo Bedraggled Manic Mandolin Accordion Squeezers

Tomita-like Your treatment of this reminds me of Tomita's "Snowflakes are Dancing" album, which was groundbreaking in its day. I like your choice of synth sounds here; they have a "classic", retro feel (a la MOOG). I would have liked a bit more of a trail-off on the last note, but VERY minor quibble.
