Description
this is my throw down on vocals and mando chords... I wont play these chords on the final I figure- as the guitar will carry those... Just getting familiar with the pace... I left in all of the flub, blubs and ohdangs, Maybe a little dulcimer will sound good here afterall [hint hint]

cool, I've spent a lot of time in New Mexico and I really love it. It was cool that Ren tin ten, gave it that first imagery. I feel we are going in that direction musically

cool, Andy
I hope you know my guitar and vocals were a very rough draft... just to lay down the melody. I'll sing onto the finished soundbed... I think Jim will redo the guitar. It's getting there, though! :-)

Adding Voices
I could also envision the mandolin supporting the guitar with fewer chords and more flourishes that mirror the melody - sort of how the second guitar (often lap or steel) is utilized in country music.

Just gets better and better!

thanks chik
Ya, kinda what I am hearing as well... I am not a real mando player, just happen to have one...I bought one for my wife for Christmas years ago and she didnt take to it... so I picked it up sorta, then it got stolen, then I replaced it and yada yada....
so definitely your input is appreciated!
