I've been using a stock photo site called istockphoto.com for a while. Both as a graphic designer that buys images there, but I've also uploaded my own photo's for sale there. Not too much money to make if you're not hitting bulls eye or if you're not uploading quite a large amount of pictures/illustrations.
Lately they have started to offer music in addition to images, videos and illustrations. I had to give it a try, and made a few instrumental recordings that I put up... I didn't give it so much thought, and forgot about my uploads for a while... just to discover that my account suddenly, during a couple of months had US 300 earned from the few pieces of music...
Tonight I recorded a little instrumental Latin thing to upload to them. I thought I'd share this thought with you guys, 'cause I think many of you could be interested in uploading stuff yourselves. It could be music, or just sounds, ambience and such... People buy it to use in presentations and stuff. I think I'm going to keep making short instrumentals aimed for upload there... maybe one a month or so. Pretty nice to do simple recordings at home, and be able to make a few bucks of it as well;)
PS! I'm not enabling D/L on this one since I'm also putting this out for sale at that place...;)

That's several kinds of generous right there.... An instructive bit of MacJams citizenship...
I like how this sounds. I like the playing, the composition, and the mix. Nicely restrained piano, and nice nylon string playing...
