Description
My wife thought the first part sounded familiar. I hope I didn't subconsciously "borrow" it from anyone. I'm not sure if the piano run works, but it was the only way I could get back to the beginning part.

Art.
You know why this is art? Because I think it amplifies whatever emotions the listener is feeling at the time. Great job. Never boring or repetitive. I wish I could compose like this. And although the strings are obviously midi, they don't sound that bad. I've definitely heard worse-sounding strings.

Piano & Faux Strings
What a refreshingly different contribution to my MacJam listening! The piano arpeggios towards the end are concerto-like and certainly work for me. This is a thoughtful composition which has sufficient surprises to make me want to listen again. Very nice work indeed.

Good ear
I believe that Fur Elise does use descending chromatics after an A minor arpeggio. Thanks for stopping by.

Well, if you play like this for her all the time, I'm sure she's come to love it!

Great piece.

This is...
... the definition of "BEAUTY." Such an emotionally-moving melody. There's some serious work that was put into it and it paid off. Fantastic!

Piano and Faux Strings
Nice the piano, but are the strings that contributes so much to add warm to this composition ,to me the strings are the main dish ,thou i envy the way you play the piano, are the strings that make me fall in love with this piece.

piano
i think it's just far enough away from lots of things to be original. love the intro of the strings and how it grows into a richer sound. a great composition....with a very interesting end choice.

m. jfisenne, sounds lovely, you have use most of the pianos goodies, keep up the good work, i have a similar model and have only scratched the surface, and as you have heard, my music is not so subtle. keep it coming.

Downward run...
...at about a minute is very very nice...
There seem to be a lot of melodic things going on in this delightful little piano number. It doesn't seem to know exactly what kind of piece it wants to be, but it sure does hold out the potential for a most wonderful solo and I hope that you will revisit it and focus on maybe just a couple of the main elements. ... For some reason, you end on a subdominant chord/note that leaves the piece unsettled, unfinished. Wonder why. ... I am off to hear a couple other things of yours. This one has piqued my interest. Glad I found this.
