Frosty The Om Man
The story was that I couldn't get into work on the day after Boxing Day so I put this mix together to express both my frustration and state of mind.
The snow had come down over night and there was all of maybe 50 millimeters on the ground and I got to thinking about how spiritual snow men are. Their Asana is perfect and their prayanama is to die for (or at least try for oblivion for). It was a vision of a sort of 'Nirvana of the Ice Crystals'. Well it was an almost eventless day so I had the time to think these things through.
Anyway, the music that you're listening to is the eventual outcome. I forgot about it until last weekend and decided to finish it off and upload it. I'm interested in any thoughts you may have or any good shrinks (or both).
