What a lark!
I don't have to mention it for the umpteenth time, but your work is always enjoyed here. This sounds like it could have been done by The Serendipity Singers (remember them?) only I like your singing better. Thanks again Andrew--and in speaking of robins, I curiously saw my first one of the season this morning!

I'm Unfamiliar,
with the Serendipity Singers, so now I'll have to go check them out. Thanks for taking the time to listen. These children's songs I post aren't intended as anything serious. So when some one bothers to stop by, listen, and comment, it's very much appreciated.

a little bird told me to listen...
glad I did, love the "galloping" rhythm in this. Simple and enjoyably effective.

This was one of those,
pick out a drum loop and see what you could do to it. So I guess that's where the gallop came from. I'm glad you like.

Incredible!
I just listened to most of your songs, and can only say you have incredible talent, and a great sense of humor. My wife is an educator and loves your work. I am downloading your songs for my grandkids!

Thank You
To be recognized first by a fellow musician and then to follow that with recognition from a fellow educator is very gratifying and appreciated.

Yeah, but the kids are pretty easy to please. They're not a tough audience.

Love this!
I smiled from the first note to the last! One of my daughters is a kindergarten teacher and sings these songs all the time! LOVE IT!!!!

I hope you are putting together a CD of these tunes. They would sell like hotcakes!

Thanks
I actually did record 30 or so children's songs last summer for use in the classroom. I post them when I don't have anything more serious ready to post. Each song has a corresponding PowerPoint presentations that display the lyrics and includes phonics and oral reading fluency activities. But there's so much material out there for children already I have my doubts regarding how profitable they would be. I just give them to other teachers. I'm glad this made you smile.

Byrds
Sounds an awful lot like the Byrds, which is a very good thing. No pun intended. Is that you on live guitar? Great chops. With the slides, sounds a lot like George Harrison post-Beatles. Did you write this song?

Thanks John
Wow! I've never received a Byrds comparison! I'll take that with a smile. And the nice comments about the slide are also much appreciated. And no, this one came from that same book of children's songs. Only the arrangement is mine. I'm playing all the instruments (except drums. They are loops) and doing all the singing.
