very cool
lol....I started typing and my fingers were in the wrong place on the keyboard and my comment looked about as legible as the name of the volcano is. Anyway....the depth of this piece is heart-stopping. I listened with my big headphones on and swore I felt the ground shaking beneath me. I love that pure ambientness of this, that you just let it unfold with no need to try to give it a direction or definition. gorgeous work.

THanks!
I'm not sure where this one came from. I did it all in one take; but Iceland has a strange way of digging into your soul and searing an impression on it that other places I've visited have lacked.

Eja ..Eyjafa ... Ejafyall .. oh, forget it
Fantastic. You have the knack for this style of music. Great picture, too. You went to Iceland? I'm envious.

Yeah.
My Wife is of Icelandic Descent and we needed to go back to bury her mother's ashes with her grandparents. She spent most summers there as a child and I was taken along to meet the family. It is a beautiful country, but there is a strangeness about it. A sort of silence that is not emptiness but you feel as if you are being watched. It sticks with you.
