Description
This song is dedicated to my wife, Kelley, in celebration of our FIRST anniversary this past May 14th.
This piece has three musical elements, or progressions, which are repeated with much variation throughout the song. As you listen, you may find you really enjoy the first 2 minutes. Well, sorry, but it moves past that. And if you happen to find the first couple of minutes not your cup of tea, give it a chance because you might just like where it goes. I think this work stands as a good example of how relationships work: a strong, solid foundation, on which you can always count on - but no two days are ever the same.
As always, comments are welcome - both the good...and the not so good. I prefer honesty to flattery.
I very much appreciate you taking the time to stop by for a listen.

I know where you're coming from in explaining the first two minutes. I guess that's part of what happens when you're exploring something new yourself, you see yourself as part of the audience.
Truth be told, I'm such a guitar-guy that I do in fact have a hard time connecting when there are no guitars. As with "So What's 96," I just wanna hear more guitar soaring through here -- what you do of it is so very tasteful, and well blended. I feel like there's a visual of birds soaring around a near-cloudless sky in this one.
You're a fine composer and "constructor."
