No-one else here has mentioned that the song you chose to parody
has a sadness and wistfullness about it that your capture and use
perfectly here. You make your point not only with the lyrics but with
the whole performance and ambience of the song. It's clever ... but
much deeper because of the way you put it together and performed it.
