Description

Can't Stay Away has been my escape from reality for the last two months. I would delve into it for a few minutes every day in between work and raising two young kids. I would love to find a few people with willing voices to add their vocals as my voice just isn't strong enough for this.

I'm happy to be back to MJ even if it is just for this one song. I'll try to have another song ready in 3 or 4 months.

nice anthemic build. oh and then lovely deep synth bass pulsating through my head. nice. this should be the new theme tune to 'Match of the Day'. if you're not english then you won't get the reference....but it's a sweet one. loving this....and the mesmeric hand-clap sound. do you remember "Orchestral manoeuvres in the dark"...it reminds me in places of that. loved this.

Invigorating!
This is wonderful and powerful music, the kind of music (anthem) one wants when he has just scaled the highest peak of a mountain and is standing there taking in his accomplishment, a breeze forcing a smile on his face. Just my two cents, but I would not put lyrics to this; it is incredible by itself. Thanks for sharing!

1rwhite1 thank you for putting some great visuals to this song. I normally won't go that "airy" with my music but after months of tweaking it was the only way to go with this. As I mentioned to hackney block, I almost named this my World Cup Anthem in the spirit of the moment. I have to agree with the anthemy feel to this one. APB and thank you for listening! I'd love to send this one to you to have you work your magic like I've seen you do so many times. I really struggled with the last "half" of this song. It really needs a lift in it somewhere midway through but I couldn't work it out in such a way that it fit together. I'm humbled that you took the time to listen and comment. Let me know if you're interested in remastering this thing and fitting it back together like only you can!

JDHoliday thanks for taking a listen to this one. It's always good to hear from you! I'm starting to agree with you on no vocals for this one. I might like to strengthen up what is already there though with a few people with stronger voices then mine. Giving the background vocals a little more umph!

hearing from you and APB, Feter, Birdman...feels like I never took a break. So great to hear from everyone! I truly appreciate your input and taking the time to listen, comment and download! If I were to add vox it would just be background not full on lyrics and vocals. Just strengthening up what is already there.
