Description
I knew I wouldn't be away for long. I just love creating music too much!! Here is an idea the I wrote for the band as an opener. Appreciate any thoughts or comments. I submitted this idea under Legato because we do not have identity for the band yet.

Lyrics
This was inspired by the living of life with its ups and downs and twists and turns. God knows we have all had our ups and downs.

I swear I've heard this before. Is this an
updated version of something you posted before? I like it.

Bright
This sounds like a bright and happy bit of music. The
backing vocals sound very British. Outstanding.

Makes me want to hit the road
Fun, sweeping, like the best of alternative British pop. A
moment between the tracks, or a great music bed waiting
for a lead singer. Nice motion.

Nice Alternative Guitar
I like the guitar work plus the driving melody. This is
different for you which I like. The bass parts remind me of
Joy Division and New Order. Nice job! I'm glad you're still
creating music to expand your horizons.

Keep in touch!

Tobin's right
This is perfect, but just needs a singer and you'll be
set. Find someone who has a vocal style you admire
on this site and e-mail them this link... you might
just get someone...

You need a singer…
…and I don't mean a sewing machine (sorry, is that a
joke that only Brits will get? I don't know where
Singer sewing machines originate from). Anyway,
very New Order in places, which is a good thing, of
course. I think it's the bass line. Very catchy and
upbeat stuff. Keep 'em coming. Sorted!

Interesting.
This is indeed different from the other tracks I have heard, as well as being different period, which is good. I sort of agree that perhaps a lead vocal would add a great deal, but it works very well as it is as an alternative post modern rock music...type thing (I'm terrible with labels). Thanks for sharing.
