Description
This will be my last post for a while since I now have all my album tracks done. I've slightly extended the track since I thought the end should have the same kind of 'darkness' as the beginning. I also did quite a bit of remixing on the beginning section since there was a lot of peaking that was head butting the red-line (good spot Henrik). The 'pistol shot' effect has that zing to it at every volume since that's the kind of sound it is. But the few seconds immediately following the delay didn't have any head room in the mix and the mastering was just squashing it even more. You can still go back to the previous version if you want to hear the technicalities. As a matter of fact I have revisited all the tracks on this album stripped out the master and remixed them all to have more headroom. Then I re-applied my mastering set-up.
