Description
This is a rough draft of a start of my very first song. Has a long ways to go and is a little short for now. But wanted to get something posted and get people's comments. I want to add a guitar track which I will play and a piano track which I am trying to get Mark Holbrook to play for me. If not I will do the piano myself.

Cool chords
I like it... and this solid framework could go about anywhere, I can imagine either male or female vox over this, or just a soaring lead guitar... I might drop the drums back very slightly... but then again, when you add the lead, you may need the drums back up at that level.

Sounding good!

Late, but I found it
Hey there Jim, great to hear you at last. Great start on this with a g=clean mix and as Andrew said a very cool melodic bass line. It will be interesting to see where you take this. I see all kinds of possibilities for it and with you and Mark on the case it's gotta be great when you flesh it out.

So glad you posted this Jim, now get to work and finish it up, I can't wait.

Will be hitting up Mark to maybe make this a collaboration piece. After all these comments it really can go in about any direction.
