Song about a person who can't focus on today because they can't let go of the painful memories of the past.

Boris steps up with some great acoustic guitar. Christine wrote most of the lyrics and performs most of the vocals. A little help by me on vocals.

Very nice song with some great performances. Christine
has a really great singing voice, and your backup vocals
sound pretty good too. The production quality sounds
like a live impromtu performance rather than a recording
session. Sounds nice, but it would be better to hear
everything miced and mixed properly.

The song has this sublime quality that allows the listener to reminisce about the past--who doesn't have those memories that we'd wish to forget? The singer's voice is smooth, tempting, and invites the listener right into the mix. Absolutely fabulous and I hope that the singer and her backup create more wonderful pieces together.

I appreciate the compliments. We don't have a microphone yet, so I'm just singing straight into the computer. Hopefully when we upgrade our gadgets, the sound will improve.

Christine, nice job! Vocals are very Madonna-esque & the lyrics are so authentic; tapping into a universal feeling for sure lots of people will identify with this. Boris great acoustic sound, Erich I'm so happy you've brought Gorpie's talent to a wider audience. Keep up the great work, can't wait to hear what you do next. You guys rock!!! xo, Mandy

She DOES remember years ago like it was last week. I, on the other hand, have an excellent short-term memory ... it's the long-term stuff I'm horrible on! :)

The combo of the innocent sounding voice and the soft
accoustic guitar works very well for this song. In
particular, I liked the accoustic lead solo. Nicely done...I
would like to hear this once it's recorded through a "real"
mic.
