Lyrics
'Tis the gift to be simple, 'tis the gift to be free,
'Tis the gift to come down where we ought to be,
And when we find ourselves in the place just right,
'Twill be in the valley of love and delight.

When true simplicity is gain'd,
To bow and to bend we shan't be asham'd,
To turn, turn will be our delight,
Till by turning, turning we come round right.

Now HERE's how to play a dulcimer!
You and Bing and others keep it up, and you'll continue to inspire me to practice with my "Dulce" too. Very nicely played, love those little slide-notes you snuck in there. The recording is crisp and clean, although I might have wanted just a touch more of some lower midrange to enrich the sound a little in the lower spectrum. Sweet. Welcome to Macjams!

I love the clarity and brightness of your instrument. Then I noticed you recording it with the Q3. Impressive.

so so fresh
I love the sound quality of the dulcimer on this recording. It makes me feel like I am right there in the front row of the gentle mob.

I don't
think I ever actually heard a Dulcimer until now and I'm impressed to hear how full it sounds when played as well as you play it.... was waiting for the vocal to go with the lyrics though, regards M
